\n– Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
\n– Ensure that the projects you work on meet business objectives and coding standards.
\n– Support the deployment and testing of new products and features.
\n– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
\n– Design and implement APIs and integrations with third-party services to enhance system functionality.
\n– Optimize application performance through code profiling, monitoring, and refactoring as necessary.
\n– Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code robustness and reliability.
\n– Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster continuous improvement.

\n– 7+ years of Backend Software development experience, with at least one role as a Technical Lead
\n– Hands-on experience with web development, including building and maintaining web applications
\n– Deep familiarity with and daily hands-on use of AI and emerging technologies
\n– Strong SQL skills with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
\n– Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or similar services and tools
\n– Experience designing and working with microservices architecture
\n– BONUS: technical or team lead experience while noting the role is fully hands-on<\/p>\n
\n– Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
\n– Team player with collaborative mindset
\n– Capability to see the big picture, break down projects into milestones, and prioritize tasks
\n– Fluent in Hebrew and English communication
\n– Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
