With operations based in Israel, and multiple patent families in development, we are now entering rapid global commercialization and raising our next funding round.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">We are seeking an experienced CFO to build and lead our financial strategy as we scale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The CFO will partner with the founders to lead global financial operations, capital raising, compliance, and long-term strategic planning across Israel, the U.S., and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Hybrid; Full \/ Part-Time<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Lead capital raising (Seed \u2192 A \u2192 B), investor strategy, and due diligence<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Build and own financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Establish financial systems, controls, reporting, and governance<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Ensure compliance with Israeli Companies Law, tax rules, employment rules, and U.S. corporate requirements<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Oversee cross-border structures, transfer pricing, and financial operations<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Support manufacturing, supply chain economics, and global commercialization<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Integrate IP strategy into financial planning and valuation<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">CFO or VP Finance experience in early-stage technology companies<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Proven capital-raise track record<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Deep familiarity with Israeli corporate, tax, labor, and securities law<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Experience managing U.S. subsidiaries<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Strong modeling, analytical, and investor communication skills<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Understanding of hardware \/ manufacturing finance and IP-based business models<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Preferred: Deep-tech, water \/ climate tech, or hardware experience; exposure to EU operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Strategic, analytical, reliable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment.
