What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong> What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong> Nice to Have:
\nSearch for new suppliers and products
\nCommunicate with existing suppliers and build relationships
\nSupport price negotiations and supplier agreements
\nCoordinate purchasing and delivery timelines
\nCollect product information for internal teams
\nMaintain supplier records and spreadsheets
\nWork closely with Product, Operations, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams
\nSupport day-to-day operational and procurement activities<\/p>\n
\n3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier management, or operational coordination
\nProven experience conducting supplier negotiations, including price reduction and commercial terms discussions
\nExperience working with ERP\/CRM systems (Priority and\/or Odoo – strong advantage)
\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills
\nAbility to manage procurement processes in a fast-paced operational environment
\nStrong coordination and follow-up skills
\nOrganized and detail-oriented mindset
\nComfortable working with Google Workspace and Excel
\nHebrew – fluent\/native-level
\nEnglish – B2+
\nAbility to work onsite full-time
\nPersonal car required<\/p>\n
\nExperience in food, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or product-based businesses
\nInterest in long-term growth within the company
