As a Resource Development Manager, you get to:<\/strong> This Job Is For You If You:<\/strong> <\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Develop and write persuasive proposals, grant applications, and stewardship reports for donors and prospects;
\n\u2022 Coordinate and support the preparation and submission of tenders, calls for proposals, and other competitive funding opportunities;
\n\u2022 Lead the development and implementation of CRM systems, AI tools, and other technology solutions to support organizational growth and operational effectiveness;
\n\u2022 Help develop materials, strategic plans and other donor communications for donors and prospects;
\n\u2022 Ensure proposals are well-organized, clear, and adhere to the guidelines and requirements of funding sources;
\n\u2022 Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation required by funding sources;
\n\u2022 Prepare budgets based on organizational information;
\n\u2022 Conduct prospect research using established data bases;
\n\u2022 Work with the team to capture relevant data that informs grant reports and other development material;
\n\u2022 Work with the team to develop new income revenues that fully align with the organization\u2019s mission;
\n\u2022 Have responsibility for planning and preparing donor meetings;
\n\u2022 Have responsibility for tracking grant cycles and donor engagement in an organized and streamlined manner, including all reporting requirements, check-in meetings, and donor cultivation activities;
\n\u2022 Manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications;
\n\u2022 Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
\n\u2022 Have faultless Hebrew and impeccable writing skills;
\n\u2022 Are familiar with data management and other digital tools (CRM and AI);
\n\u2022 Have proven experience preparing detailed budgets;
\n\u2022 Can complete projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency;
\n\u2022 Are action-oriented and flexible, and are able to work independently as well as to collaborate with colleagues;
\n\u2022 Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
