This position is in the Patent Department, and you will work in direct collaboration with the IP Director.<\/p>\n

this role is part of Hadasit Medical Research Services and Development Ltd. at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n– Keeping the IP database up-to date, including processing all incoming and outgoing communications
\n– Docketing new and ongoing patent case files
\n– Closely monitoring actions due, keeping track of deadlines
\n– Communicating with Hadassah inventors in all patent administrative matters (requesting inventor’s signature in documents, for example)
\n– Communicating with outside patent attorneys and paralegals, in patent administrative matters
\n– Communicating with other Technology Transfer Offices and collaboration parties, in patent administrative matters
\n– Preparing formal documents necessary for the patent process, including agreements, assignments, etc.
\n– Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly Excel docket reports, as necessary.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

– English at mother-tongue level
\n– Excellent writing skills
\n– Motivation and attention to detail
\n– Being capable of working efficiently, under deadline pressures
\n– Ability to collaborate with others as well as to work independently
\n– Exceptional recordkeeping and communication skills<\/p>\n
