DrizzleX is a fast-growing Israeli-American startup seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support our day-to-day financial operations.<\/p>\n
This is a part-time role (10-20 hrs\/week) with long-term potential, ideal for someone looking to join a collaborative finance team and grow professionally. You\u2019ll work closely with a team of other English-speaking olim, in a supportive and high-accountability environment.<\/p>\n
While the role is initially focused on core bookkeeping and AR\/AP responsibilities, our financial operations are more complex than a typical small business. Depending on experience and skill level, there is a clear opportunity to take on more advanced finance work over time, including reporting, analysis, and systems.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong> Job requirements<\/strong>
\n– Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
\n– Handle accounts payable and vendor payments
\n– Perform general bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
\n– Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
\n– Support billing workflows, including subscription invoicing<\/p>\n
\n– Experience with QuickBooks Online
\n– Strong background in accounts receivable \/ accounts payable
\n– High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
\n– Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
\n– Based in Israel (for time zone alignment and collaboration)
