The College operates in Israel and internationally to promote quality education and a values-based Jewish identity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>We are seeking a Foundations &amp; Donor Relations Coordinator with a strong marketing orientation, excellent writing skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities to strengthen relationships with donors and foundations in Israel and abroad, and to advance the College\u2019s development and impact efforts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage and develop relationships with donors and foundations, including ongoing engagement, calls, and updates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Write grant proposals, reports, and activity updates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop marketing and professional materials and content, including managing social media content.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identify potential donors and partners in Israel and the Jewish Diaspora.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including public and government bodies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least two years of experience in fundraising\/resource development \u2013\u00a0<b>required.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including professional writing and drafting \u2013\u00a0<b>required.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Full proficiency in computer applications, with emphasis on Excel, AI tools, and Canva.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media content management, including leading campaigns.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Advantages:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In-depth familiarity with Herzog College and its areas of activity \u2013\u00a0<b>a significant advantage.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in graphic design and the creation of marketing and content materials.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of Spanish and\/or Portuguese.<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
