This role is responsible for managing global customer accounts, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across complex, multidisciplinary solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee customer accounts end-to-end, from the onboarding stage through maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for customer program renewals, expansions, and cross-sell.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Manage existing accounts and new projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers through regular check-ins, ensuring their needs are met and identifying areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple stakeholders, including government customers<\/li>\n<li>Use project planning tools and CRM software to monitor and track project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Handle all operational aspects of accounts, including billing, logistics, and partners\u2019 coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee technical support activities and provide knowledge\/ training as required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present reports on account status and project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers on product usage and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lead implementation efforts for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of our solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"userDesignedContent company-description\" data-qa=\"requirementFieldContent\">\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as project management or program management in the tech industry.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with European government customers.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in German, with strong verbal communication skills, is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing international projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working for B2B tech companies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project planning tools and CRM software.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and delivering customer training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for them within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge in hardware deployment and configuration management.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel internationally as needed (~25%).<\/li>\n<li>An international background
