This role serves as a primary point of contact for Lone Soldiers and draftees, ensuring timely communication, empathetic support, and efficient coordination of inquiries and follow-up.<\/p>\n<p>This is a critical front-facing position that helps maintain the high level of responsiveness and care that defines our program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hotline Operations (6563)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer incoming calls to the 6563 hotline during operating hours.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate, empathetic, and efficient assistance to Lone Soldiers with questions or concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Triage inquiries and escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate advisor team when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Email &amp; Communication Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the Lone Soldiers inbox throughout office hours.<\/li>\n<li>Respond directly to inquiries when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Forward or flag messages requiring advisor input or follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Make proactive outreach phone calls as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CRM &amp; Documentation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log all relevant interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and organized records of communications and follow-ups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-level Hebrew speaker required (additional languages are an advantage).<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience as a Lone Soldier &#8211; a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a customer-facing, support, or service-oriented role preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for supporting Lone Soldiers and sensitivity to the unique challenges they face<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":42,"featured_media":100027896,"template":"","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"https:\/\/nbn.bamboohr.com\/careers\/132","_company_name":"Nefesh B'Nefesh","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":1,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job_listing_region":[71],"job-categories":[87],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-100039323","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_listing_region-tel-aviv","job_listing_category-customer-service","job_listing_type-full-time","job-type-full-time","job_position_featured"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/100039323","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/42"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=100039323"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_region","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_listing_region?post=100039323"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=100039323"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=100039323"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
