Travel Company seeking a concierge provider for high profile families- to execute logistics of trip as well as provide live support throughout the trip via WhatsApp.<\/p>\n
4 days a week in the office in Ramat Eshkol, approx. 9-3 pm. Rest of the hours in the evenings to speak to clients in America- in total, 8 hrs\/day.<\/p>\n
Tasks include:
\n*Front end*: Customer service- Understanding clients’ needs and preferences, providing high-level, quick, friendly service.<\/p>\n
*Backend*: Coordinating logistics and booking their trip – lots of little details!<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\nFriendly with interpersonal skills
\nGreat at logistics
\nOrganized and detail-oriented
\nCreative, problem solver
\nProficiency in Excel and comfortable on the computer
\nExperience in the trip planning\/travel industry or\/and similar logistics.<\/p>\n
Musts:
\nMust have WhatsApp and Google on your phone
\nFluency in English and conversational Hebrew
\nPlanning to stay in Israel long-term
\nPlanning to be here for August
\nPlanning to be in Israel for most Chagim<\/p>\n
