relationships, supporting B2B and B2G sales operations, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end order and account management experience for global partners.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Manage inbound and outbound communication with international dealers and B2B customers<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify, screen, and onboard new international dealers through strategic outreach and relationship building<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain and track all sales activity and dealer interactions within CRM systems<br \/>\n\u2022 Serve as the main point of contact for operational and shipping-related issues and resolutions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Receive and process dealer purchase orders, coordinate internal workflows, and ensure accurate execution across departments<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare dealer quotations, documentation, and support materials for tenders and bids<br \/>\n\u2022 Support trade shows, exhibitions, and international business meetings, including coordination and client engagement<br \/>\n\u2022 Work closely with marketing and product teams on promotions, product launches, and dealer communications<br \/>\n\u2022 Support customer retention activities and assist with key strategic accounts as needed<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or operational coordination roles<br \/>\n\u2022 Willingness to work evening hours when needed due to global time zone differences<br \/>\n\u2022 High level of English (written and spoken)<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluent English (mandatory) and conversational Hebrew (preferred)<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong organizational and operational coordination skills<br \/>\n\u2022 High energy, proactive mindset, and strong drive for results<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and
