We’re looking to expand our team and hire a Senior U.S. Tax Accountant to join our growing team.<\/p>\n
In this role<\/strong>,\u00a0you’ll manage the full lifecycle of client engagements: from onboarding and document collection through preparation, review, and filing. You’ll work directly with clients (including regular calls), handle tax planning conversations, and leverage our internal AI-driven tools to operate at a scale and quality level that traditional firms can’t match. As an early team member, you’ll have real ownership and meaningful influence over how we scale – including a direct hand in shaping the tax platform itself, not just using it.<\/p>\n Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf 3+ years of hands-on U.S. tax compliance experience
\n\u25cf Strong command of individual returns (1040), including complex situations – foreign income, self-employment, amendments, and multi-year filings
\n\u25cf Experience with tax planning – able to have substantive planning conversations with clients, not just prepare returns
\n\u25cf Comfortable owning client relationships end-to-end, including regular video\/phone calls
\n\u25cf Fluency with at least one major tax platform (e.g. CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte)
\n\u25cf Fluent English (written and spoken) – required
\n\u25cf Cross-border tax experience (e.g. U.S.\u2013Israel or other U.S.\u2013foreign country situations) – a significant advantage
\n\u25cf CPA or EA license – preferred
