We are looking for someone who is a rising social media influencer or digital campaign builder with proven ability in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media posting, and digital fundraising campaigns across multiple platforms.
\nThis role is ideal for someone who understands how to take mission-driven work and turn it into compelling digital content that inspires giving, grows engagement, and generates real fundraising results.<\/p>\n
About the Role:
\nThe Digital Fundraiser will help lead our online content, digital campaigns, donor engagement, and platform growth. This includes creating and posting content, supporting fundraising appeals, managing digital campaigns, and helping expand our reach among donors in Israel and globally.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Create and manage digital fundraising content across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms
\n\u2022 Plan and post content that supports donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and organizational visibility
\n\u2022 Manage or support Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
\n\u2022 Help identify new digital platforms where we can run fundraising or awareness campaigns
\n\u2022 Develop creative campaign ideas to increase donations, recurring giving, and community participation
\n\u2022 Work with leadership and designers to create strong visuals, stories, and messaging
\n\u2022 Support outreach to English-speaking donors in Israel, the United States, Canada, and the broader Diaspora<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Native-level English required
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of Jewish communal life, especially in the U.S. and broader Diaspora
\n\u2022 Proven experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign posting
\n\u2022 Comfortable creating content for multiple social media platforms
\n\u2022 Creative, organized, and able to move campaigns forward independently
\n\u2022 Interested in fundraising and digital growth strategy
\n\u2022 Experience in digital fundraising, marketing, communications, social media, influencer work, or a related role
