We are seeking a Junior\/Mid Project Manager (PMO) to join our team.
\nThis role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, supporting PMO processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to organizational standards.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong> Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Manage small-to-medium cross-functional projects from planning to execution and delivery
\n\u2022 Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking tools
\n\u2022 Coordinate between internal stakeholders and drive project follow-ups
\n\u2022 Manage scope changes, including documentation, approvals, and impact analysis
\n\u2022 Monitor project progress, risks, bottlenecks, and action items
\n\u2022 Support PMO processes, governance, and documentation standards
\n\u2022 Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects.
\n\u2022 Coordinate between departments (R&D, marketing, sales, operations, etc.).
\n\u2022 Maintain accurate project data and updates within project management systems
\n\u2022 Support system adoption, workflows, and process standardization across teams
\n\u2022 Conduct post-project reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 1-3 years of experience in project management \/ PMO \/ operations
\n\u2022 Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
\n\u2022 Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
\n\u2022 High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
\n\u2022 Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
\n\u2022 Experience with project management tools (Gantt, product lifecycle, PM systems, ERP\/PLM – advantage)
\n\u2022 Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
