About the Role<\/p>\n

We are looking for a Pre-Press Graphic Designer and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Modiin. This hybrid role involves preparing artwork for print production in the label industry, supporting print-on-demand applications, and handling customer-related tasks such as order entry and communication. Position is Sunday-Thursday, U.S. hours: 3 p.m. – 12 a.m.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare and optimize customer artwork for print production and pre-press processes<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist with artwork for inkjet and thermal print-on-demand applications<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage customer communications, order entry, answer phones, and provide live chat support<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Fluent in English (speak, read, and write professionally) \u2013 mandatory<\/p>\n

\u2022 Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong understanding of pre-press and print production workflows (label industry experience is a plus)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Hebrew speaking is an advantage<\/p>\n

\u2022 Good attention to detail and customer service skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 Comfortable working independently during afternoon\/evening hours<\/p>\n
