About the Role<\/p>\n

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team at Kenco Label, a company specializing in print-on-demand applications (thermal and inkjet solutions). This role is an excellent stepping stone for someone looking to build a strong, long-term career in sales and customer relations within the print industry. Sunday-Thursday, U.S. hours: 3 p.m. – 12 a.m.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Generate and follow up on leads while creating quotes and tailored product solutions for customers<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide sales support for print-on-demand applications (thermal and inkjet)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Handle data entry, answer phones, and manage live chat support<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Native-level English speaker (fluent speaking, reading, and writing) \u2013 mandatory<\/p>\n

\u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word<\/p>\n

\u2022 Basic understanding of ERP or CRM systems<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong communication and customer service skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 Organized with good attention to detail<\/p>\n

\u2022 Hebrew is a plus<\/p>\n

\u2022 Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage<\/p>\n
