In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the company\u2019s products to medical target audiences, developing team members professionally, strengthening relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n-Lead, mentor, recruit, and professionally manage a team of Medical Representatives.<br \/>\n-Define sales targets, build work plans, and monitor performance and KPI achievement.<br \/>\n-Conduct field coaching and provide ongoing professional feedback and guidance.<br \/>\n-Develop team capabilities in sales, presentation skills, account management, and scientific knowledge.<br \/>\n-Analyze sales data, market activity, trends, and competition to support business decision-making.<br \/>\n-Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.<br \/>\n-Lead the implementation of new products, campaigns, and professional training initiatives.<br \/>\n-Manage team routines, meetings, personal development plans, and performance evaluation processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Bachelor\u2019s degree required \u2014 preferably in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or Business Administration.<br \/>\n-Minimum of 3\u20135 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and\/or medical device industry.<br \/>\n-Previous experience managing a team of Medical Representatives or leading professional teams \u2014 mandatory.<br \/>\n-Experience working with medical audiences, including specialists, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.<br \/>\n-Proven sales management experience with the ability to lead targets in a competitive and dynamic environment.<br \/>\n-Experience in field coaching and employee training.<br \/>\n-Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, compliance processes, and ethical standards.<br \/>\n-High level of English proficiency, including the ability to read and understand scientific and professional materials.<br \/>\n-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and sales data.<br \/>\n-Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
