The role suits someone<br \/>\nwith 2-5 years of experience, ideally with knowledge in finance or accounting and<br \/>\nwho is a quick learner, a proactive problem-solver, and a strong organizer. You will<br \/>\noperate in a highly dynamic environment and be a central organizing point for loans<br \/>\nacross their lifecycle, working closely with our sales team, funding partners,<br \/>\nsolicitors, and internal departments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf Loan Operations: Own the day-to-day operational management of loans<br \/>\nacross their lifecycle, coordinating across internal teams, solicitors, and<br \/>\nfunding partners to keep each loan progressing smoothly from origination<br \/>\nthrough to repayment. This includes packaging loans for funding partners,<br \/>\ngathering the information they need to approve and purchase them,<br \/>\nmaintaining accurate portfolio data, and producing regular internal<br \/>\nmanagement and external reporting.<br \/>\n\u25cf Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for brokers,<br \/>\nclients, and funders, supporting the sales representative who owns the<br \/>\nprimary commercial relationship.
