The Grants Manager will work with KIEDF\u2019s Head of Development to produce donor-ready materials and to prepare material for the full grant cycle necessary for growing philanthropic relationships.<\/p>\n
Reporting to KIEDF\u2019s Head of Development, the Grants Manager will prepare donor-ready materials and produce LOIs, proposals, reports, presentations and ongoing correspondence for donors and prospects internationally.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Draft compelling English-language grant materials across the full lifecycle\u2014LOIs, proposals, reports, presentations and correspondence;
\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal departments to collect information and data necessary for accurate, timely reporting and proposals;
\n\u2022 Extract and analyze data to support reports with accurate numbers and insights;
\n\u2022 Build and maintain internal dashboards to improve reporting efficiency and clarity;
\n\u2022 Conduct prospect research and help develop fundraising strategies;
\n\u2022 Create donor-driven marketing content aligned with KIEDF’s mission and priorities;
\n\u2022 Foster collaboration with teammates, offering support and sharing knowledge;
\n\u2022 Be open to guidance and feedback, and able to work well in a managed structure.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports, presentations and the full gamut of written donor communications and grant cycles;
\n\u2022 Are a first-rate storyteller \u2013 a must!
\n\u2022 Have demonstrated experience in the world of impact investment \u2013 an advantage!
\n\u2022 Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
\n\u2022 Are fluent in Hebrew and able to produce competent drafts for the full gamut of donor-driven materials;
\n\u2022 Are personable, motivated, and a team player;
\n\u2022 Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;
\n\u2022 Are detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic;
\n\u2022 Understand the Jewish philanthropic landscape;
