\nA leading global consumer goods company is hiring a US Business Operations & Control Coordinator<\/p>\n
This is a unique hybrid role with financial and operational ownership of our growing U.S. activity. You\u2019ll serve as the key link between our headquarters in Israel and the U.S. market, ensuring smooth execution across the entire business cycle.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong> Requirements:
\n* Monthly close and financial reporting for U.S. operations
\n* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
\n* Coordinate multi-state U.S. Sales Tax filings with external advisors
\n* Oversee inventory management and COGS alignment
\n* Manage relationships with 3PLs and fulfillment centers
\n* Handle collections, receivables, and chargebacks with North American partners<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>\u2714\u00a05+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or business-oriented management
\n\u2714Financial reporting expertise
\n\u2714\u00a0Experience with U.S. Sales Tax or inventory-based operations \u2013 a major advantage
\n\u2714\u00a0CPA \/ accounting certification \u2013 a plus
\n\u2714\u00a0Excellent English (written & spoken) \u2013 mandatory
\n\u2714\u00a0Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Priority \u2013 advantage)
\n\u2714\u00a0Hands-on, independent, with a strong ownership mindset
\n\u2714\u00a0Availability to work across EST business hours as needed
