The organization is undergoing significant development and growth and is recruiting a Vice President of Resource Development to lead, establish, and develop a strategic and professional fundraising department operating in Israel and abroad through a wide range of fundraising channels.<\/p>\n
General Description<\/strong><\/p>\n This role holds overall responsibility for managing the organization\u2019s external relations and fundraising activities in Israel and worldwide, working with a broad range of stakeholders, including private donors, foundations, corporations, government ministries, public institutions, and strategic partners.<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n * Develop and lead the organization\u2019s overall fundraising strategy Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n * Proven experience of at least 5 years in senior management roles in fundraising \/ resource development \/ external relations
\n* Build and manage relationships with private donors in Israel and abroad
\n* Work with philanthropic foundations, corporations, and public sector bodies
\n* Develop funding streams from government ministries and public authorities
\n* Manage the external relations division, including media, PR, advertising, campaigns, and partnerships
\n* Initiate and lead active fundraising campaigns in Israel and internationally
\n* Lead, manage, and train a professional team in Israel and abroad<\/p>\n
\n* Significant advantage for experience in the social-impact \/ nonprofit sector
\n* Experience working with donors, foundations, corporations, and\/or government bodies
\n* Experience in marketing and media campaign management (social networks, advertising, etc.)
\n* Strong familiarity with the philanthropic world in Israel and abroad
\n* Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication ability, persuasion, and trust-building
\n* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with management and teams
\n* Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capability
