This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the organization\u2019s information systems, working independently while managing end-to-end infrastructure, systems, and security. The selected candidate will\u00a0be responsible for\u00a0managing, implementing, and\u00a0maintaining\u00a0the organization\u2019s IT systems and databases in cloud environments, as well as overseeing cybersecurity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information Systems &amp; Grants Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full responsibility for\u00a0maintaining, upgrading, and developing data systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Includes backend development (WinForms, WPF), web interfaces (MVC), and database management (SQL Server)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IT Infrastructure &amp; Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide technical support to staff (7 employees)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage end-user devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operate IT infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain organizational servers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information Security &amp;
