We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to support and optimize the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team during a maternity leave replacement period. This role is responsible for managing workflows, coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives, overseeing project prioritization, and ensuring efficient execution across creative and departmental marketing efforts.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate is both systems-oriented and collaborative, with strong project management skills, operational thinking, and the ability to keep multiple moving pieces aligned in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Key\u00a0<\/u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/h1>\n

  • Marketing Operations & Workflow Management:\n
      \n
    • Manage and optimize marketing workflows, processes, and project intake systems to improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n
    • Oversee the prioritization and allocation of marketing and creative resources across departments and initiatives.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain visibility into team capacity, timelines, and deliverables to ensure balanced workloads and on-time execution.<\/li>\n
    • Develop and improve systems for organizing marketing assets, documentation, and project tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Project & Campaign Coordination:<\/h1>\n
        \n
      • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects and<\/li>\n
      • Serve as the central point of coordination for cross-departmental<\/li>\n
      • Ensure alignment across project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and<\/li>\n
      • Track project progress and proactively identify bottlenecks or operational risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Creative Operations Support:<\/h1>\n
          \n
        • Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing assets across digital, event, donor, and campaign<\/li>\n
        • Help maintain brand consistency and quality control across marketing<\/li>\n
        • Support implementation of AI-assisted creative workflows and operational efficiencies where<\/li>\n
        • Provide copywriting support, creative input, and light creative direction\/editing as needed to support marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Team Coordination & Communication<\/h1>\n
            \n
          • Facilitate weekly planning and prioritization<\/li>\n
          • Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and follow-up actions.<\/li>\n
          • Improve communication and visibility across departments regarding project status and priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            Qualifications<\/u>:<\/h1>\n
              \n
            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related<\/li>\n
            • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles.<\/li>\n
            • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and CRM platforms. Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.<\/li>\n
            • Excellent written and verbal communication<\/li>\n
            • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              Preferred<\/u>\u00a0Skills<\/u>:<\/h1>\n

              • Familiarity with creative production and marketing<\/li>\n
              • Experience implementing workflow optimization or operational<\/li>\n
              • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organizational<\/li>\n
