Join our team at the Chimes after-school program at \u201cOz\u201d School in the Jessie Cohen neighborhood, Holon<\/p>\n
We are looking for caring and dedicated staff to work with children and youth ages 6\u201321 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, who function at a low support level.<\/p>\n
This is a meaningful, hands-on role in a dynamic and energetic environment with a young and professional team.
\nThe position includes professional guidance, training, and ongoing support.<\/p>\n
Position Details:
\n\u2022 Five days a week, Sunday\u2013Thursday
\n\u2022 Working hours: 14:00\u201318:00
\n\u2022 The role includes physical care and daily support, including feeding assistance and diaper changing
\n\u2022 Participants\u2019 functioning level is moderate to low
\n\u2022 Excellent conditions for suitable candidates
\n\u2022 20 vacation days per year, including holidays and school breaks<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Educational and caregiving orientation
\n\u2022 Ability to work with children and youth in a group setting
\n\u2022 Advantage for candidates with experience or background in caregiving\/nursing
\n\u2022 Responsibility, sensitivity, patience, and commitment
\n\u2022 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
