Top Tier is a fast-growing company operating in the medical capability and emergency response sector. We are looking for a highly skilled English-speaking Brand & Presentation Designer to support the visual side of our company as we continue to grow.<\/p>\n
This is not a traditional social media design role. We are looking for someone with strong visual communication skills who can help create high-level presentations, proposals, branded documents, layouts, diagrams, marketing assets, and polished client-facing materials.<\/p>\n
You will work under the direction of the Creative Director and Brand Strategy Lead to translate complex ideas into clear, professional, visually compelling materials.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Presentation design
\n\u2022 Branded documents and layouts
\n\u2022 Visual storytelling
\n\u2022 Marketing and campaign assets
\n\u2022 Website mockups and design direction
\n\u2022 Diagrams and structured visual systems
\n\u2022 Maintaining visual consistency across the brand<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
\n\u2022 Fluent English
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of modern branding and design systems
\n\u2022 Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and\/or Canva
\n\u2022 Ability to simplify complex information visually
\n\u2022 Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
\n\u2022 Experience working with startups, agencies, or fast-paced companies is a major advantage
