About the Role<\/strong>
\nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Communications & Media Relations
\nLead to support the execution of ForSight\u2019s PR and communications strategy. Reporting
\nto the Director of PR & Communications, this role will play a key part in driving media
\nengagement, amplifying our brand presence, and supporting storytelling efforts across
\nmultiple internal and external channels.
\nThis is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong media instincts, excellent writing
\nskills, and a passion for translating complex medical and technological innovations into
\ncompelling narratives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external
\nmedia to help position ForSight Robotics as the leader in robotic ophthalmic surgery.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Support content creation for internal and external channels, including blog
\nposts, LinkedIn, and executive visibility initiatives.
\n\u2022 Coordinate social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with
\ncompany strategy.
\n\u2022 Draft and edit high-quality written content, including press releases,
\nbackgrounders, and briefing documents.
\n\u2022 Research and evaluate prospective media channels, conferences, and speaking
\nopportunities and assist in coordinating interviews, press briefings, and events.
\n\u2022 Support proactive media outreach and monitor media coverage and industry
\ntrends to identify new PR opportunities.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (native or native-level
\nfluency required).
\n\u2022 At least 2\u20134 years of experience in public relations, media, or communications.
\n\u2022 Background as a journalist or experience working at a PR agency, with proven
\nexperience drafting press materials and pitching to media outlets.
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of media landscapes, especially in tech, healthcare, or
\nbusiness press.
\n\u2022 Experience managing or contributing to social media channels in a professional
\ncapacity.
\n\u2022 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage
\nmultiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree (with honors) from a U.S.-based university.<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications
\n\u2022 Experience in high-tech industries, with a strong preference for medtech,
\nhealthcare, or medical devices.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with global media landscapes.
\n\u2022 Hebrew proficiency is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
