The Times of Israel, the largest English-language news publisher covering Israel and the Jewish world, seeks a Head of Office Operations and Editorial Team Coordinator. This position is full-time, based primarily in our Jerusalem office with some flexibility for remote work.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Office management for our Jerusalem office<\/p>\n
\u25cf Coordinator of the editorial team schedule<\/p>\n
\u25cf Editorial assistance, including editorial executive support<\/p>\n
\u25cf Company communications management<\/p>\n
\u25cf HR: Hiring coordinator and team welfare<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Highly organized, detail-oriented project manager who works well under pressure<\/p>\n
\u25cf Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (native level for both, oral and written), with proven work experience in Israel<\/p>\n
\u25cf Experience in office and team management and management of third party vendors<\/p>\n
\u25cf Identification with The Times of Israel\u2019s journalistic principles and mission<\/p>\n
\u25cf HR experience in Israel, including the full cycle from recruitment to onboarding to supporting team members in their work – a plus<\/p>\n
\u25cf Executive assistant experience – a plus<\/p>\n
\u25cf Outstanding web worker; can learn new online services and tools quickly<\/p>\n
\u25cf Self-starter who can take projects from inception to completion independently<\/p>\n
