This role reports directly to the SVP People and has a direct impact on how we attract, assess, and hire top talent across the company.<\/p>\n<p>At Pixellot, we are dedicated to revolutionizing sports production. Our AI-powered solutions automatically capture sports events and transform them into personalized content, turning key sports moments into engaging experiences for players, teams, and fans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As Part Of Your Role, You Will<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments &#8211; with a strong focus on R&amp;D and technological roles &#8211; from proactive sourcing through onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Manage global hiring processes, working with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and evaluation criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven tools, and additional creative sourcing channels.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines aligned with current and future organizational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a high-quality, structured, and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to optimizing recruitment processes and maintaining high standards across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience recruiting for R&amp;D and technological roles.<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience managing global hiring processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong hands-on sourcing experience across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.<\/li>\n<li>Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>High level of English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<li>Strong candidate assessment and evaluation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>A process-oriented mindset with the ability to improve and optimize recruitment workflows.<\/li>\n<li>A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into action.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Bonus Points If You Have<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with AI tools for recruitment and sourcing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Spark Hire\/ Comeet (ATS).<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting for both software and hardware roles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in employer branding initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Why You&#8217;ll Love Working Here<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join a global sports-tech company operating at the intersection of AI, hardware, and SaaS.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with leadership and play a meaningful role in shaping how the organization hires and grows.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy a hybrid work environment with a culture that values ownership, professionalism, and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Be part of a company creating real impact in the world of sports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Join the Team!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner looking to make real impact and lead meaningful global hiring processes &#8211;
