You will manage the complete AP\/AR cycle, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial records and playing a pivotal role in our monthly and quarterly close processes. You&#8217;ll work closely with our Controller and collaborate with teams to keep our financial operations running smoothly and accurately.<\/p>\n<p>Pixellot is the global leader in AI-powered sports video solutions. We help sports organizations across 70+ countries produce and broadcast their games automatically &#8211; using smart cameras, computer vision, and real-time highlights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As part of your role, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take end-to-end responsibility for daily bookkeeping operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and credit card matching.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participating in the monthly and quarterly close process &#8211; ensuring all expenses are accurately accrued or billed, managing prepaid expenses, and performing inter-company reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform vendor aging control and support the AR collection team<\/li>\n<li>Manage payment runs to local and international vendors while monitoring daily cash flow to support operational needs<\/li>\n<li>Manage employee expense reports and corporate card reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policy and tax regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Meticulously track and record hardware purchases and inventory movements, including close coordination with foreign vendors and customs agents for import\/export documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Operate seamlessly within a multi-currency, multi-entity international environment, ensuring all records reflect global business activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to tax authorities, including VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and National Insurance (Bituach Leumi).<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align financial data with business requirements and drive process improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You should bring with you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bookkeeper Type 3 (or Type 2 with significant experience).<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years of bookkeeping experience in global Hi-Tech companies.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
