We are a growing U.S.-based ABA agency seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Client Intake & Sales Coordinator to join our remote team. We are looking for someone warm, professional, organized, and confident when speaking with families over the phone. Strong people skills and communication are extremely important for this role.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries
\n\u2022 Guide families through the intake and onboarding process
\n\u2022 Explain services clearly and professionally
\n\u2022 Follow up with leads and maintain communication
\n\u2022 Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022 Fluent in English and Spanish
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
\n\u2022 Customer service, intake, sales, recruiting, or client-facing experience preferred
\n\u2022 Healthcare or ABA experience is a plus, but not required
\n\u2022 We are looking for the right personality and communication skills more than a specific number of years of experience<\/p>\n
