Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment preparation, vendor account reconciliations, and follow-up
\n\u2022 Perform bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and efficiently
\n\u2022 Monitor and maintain daily banking activities, including transaction postings and ongoing reconciliations
\n\u2022 Work extensively within the SAP system to support financial operations, controls, and reporting processes<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Certified Bookkeeper Level 2\/3 \u2013 mandatory
\n\u2022 Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience, with a strong focus on accounts payable and vendor accounting
\n\u2022 Hands-on experience working with SAP \u2013 a significant advantage
\n\u2022 Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken \u2013 mandatory
\n\u2022 Strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy, initiative, and personal accountability
\n\u2022 Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and contribute as part of a collaborative team
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.<\/p>\n
