Leket Israel is seeking a Grants and Donor Relations Manager to oversee overseas grant fundraising during a maternity cover period. This role is responsible for managing the full grant cycle, including developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals for overseas funding. The role also involves managing a small team and coordinating closely with internal departments and external partners. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing multiple deadlines, working with financial and programmatic data, and liaising across teams in both English and Hebrew.<\/p>\n
Main Areas of Responsibility:
\nLine management of two grant writers, including task allocation, guidance, and review of work.
\nReview, edit, and finalize proposals and donor reports before submission.
\nMaintain and support relationships with existing donors and liaise with funders as required.
\nOversee donor reporting cycles, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions while maintaining accurate Salesforce records on interactions, deadlines, submissions, and financial data.
\nMonitor grant income and expenditure in line with donor requirements, using Salesforce to track and report on grant activity and financial data, and work closely with the Operations Manager to align budgets and supporting information for proposals and reports.
\nGather programmatic and impact data from staff and managers across the organization, working closely with operational teams to ensure accurate and compelling reporting.
\nSupport fundraising colleagues and other staff in developing and tailoring funding requests as needed.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree
\nNative-level English
\nSalesforce or similar CRM experience
\nExperience in grant writing and donor reporting
\nMinimum of 2 years of management or team supervision experience<\/p>\n
