Hiring for a leading tech company a high-performing US Assistant Controller to play a key role in the finance and accounting of the company\u2019s US entities, as the scope and volume of activity continue to grow. This role is part of the global Finance team and carries significant responsibility for ensuring that accounting processes, controls, and reporting scale effectively alongside the expanding US business.<\/p>\n
The position is based at the company’s headquarters in Tel-Aviv, Israel and involves close, ongoing collaboration with finance stakeholders, and partners in the United States.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Own the Finance & Accounting activities for the company’s US entities, including building and scaling processes and controls to support growing activity. Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n CPA (Israeli CPA or US CPA) – required
\nOwn and manage revenue recognition processes in accordance with US GAAP
\nLead accounts receivable and customer collections for US entities, ensuring timely cash collection and strong financial controls
\nServe as a key finance partner to US-based teams, internal stakeholders, and external accountants
\nPlay a central role in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for US entities
\nSupport audits, reviews, and regulatory processes related to US entities
\nSupport additional finance and accounting initiatives as needed<\/p>\n
\n3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with hands-on responsibility for US entities
\nStrong understanding of US GAAP, including revenue recognition
\nNative-level English (spoken and written) – required
\nFull professional fluency in Hebrew – required
\nWillingness to adjust working hours to align with US time zones
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
\nAbility to operate effectively and independently in a changing, growth-oriented environment
\nAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) \u2013 an advantage
