About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor.<\/p>\n In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shift activities, ensuring smooth execution of inbound and outbound processes, and maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and operational discipline.<\/p>\n This is a key position that acts as a bridge between the Warehouse Manager and the execution team, with a direct impact on performance, efficiency, and service levels.<\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Oversee real-time warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch) Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations\/logistics\/similar environment Experience with ERP\/WMS systems (e.g., Priority, Odoo) <\/p>\n
\nDistribute tasks and coordinate warehouse staff during shifts
\nMonitor SLA adherence and proactively prevent delays or bottlenecks
\nEnsure high standards of quality (packing, labeling, scanning accuracy, SOP compliance)
\nResolve operational issues on the floor independently whenever possible
\nSupervise inventory-related activities (cycle counts, stock accuracy, process adherence)
\nMaintain operational discipline, consistency, and productivity across the team
\nAct as a point of contact between management and the warehouse team<\/p>\n
\n1+ year in a supervisory, team lead, or shift coordination role
\nStrong hands-on experience with inbound and outbound warehouse processes
\nProven ability to coordinate teams and manage execution on the floor
\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple processes simultaneously
\nHigh attention to detail and quality control mindset
\nStrong ownership and accountability
\nAbility to make fast, practical operational decisions
\nPhysical ability to work in a warehouse environment
\nWorking level of Hebrew
\nWorking level of English
\nNice to Have<\/p>\n
\nExperience managing shift-based operations
