Job Description:<\/p>\n
Support the lead teacher in delivering daily classroom instruction in a bilingual setting (Hebrew and English).
\nAssist students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning and language development.
\nHelp maintain a structured, organized, and positive classroom environment.
\nSupervise students during transitions, recess, and school activities.
\nSupport classroom routines, behavior expectations, and social-emotional development.
\nPrepare materials and assist with classroom organization and displays.
\nCommunicate respectfully and effectively with staff and students.<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
Significant experience working with elementary-aged children (required).
\nAbility to work in a bilingual environment (no need to be fluent in both languages).
\nWarm, patient, and supportive approach to working with children.
\nStrong organizational skills and ability to follow classroom routines.
\nTeam player with a positive attitude and flexibility.<\/p>\n
