United Hatzalah is seeking a person with excellent administrative skills and communication expertise to fulfill a unique role in the Office of the President, Eli Beer.<\/p>\n
Overview:
\nAssist the Director of the President\u2019s office with ongoing administrative needs, including updating contact information, researching prospective donors and organizations, monitoring correspondence.
\nAssist the Director of the President\u2019s Office with a dynamic calendar and scheduling meetings.
\nAssist the Director of the President\u2019s Office with special stewardship projects as they arise.
\nTranscribe voice notes and edit text messages.
\nSupport the organization\u2019s fundraising efforts by coordinating and sharing information and digital media with international staff.
\nCollaborate with the organization\u2019s fast-growing teams both in Israel and Internationally.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
One or more years working in an office environment with a proven track record for attention to detail
\nNative-level fluency in English and high-level Hebrew (Written and verbal)
\nKnowledge of Salesforce or other similar CRM
\nFlexibility to work evening hours, as this role overlaps with U.S. staff
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player<\/p>\n
