Day to day:
\n\u2022 Maintain and develop positive long-term relationship with strategic international retailers.
\n\u2022 Serve as a link of communication between customers and internal teams.
\n\u2022 Optimize sales performance and ensure accurate forecasting of new products, proactive inventory and assortment management. Working closely with retail planning, demand planning and supply chain teams.
\n\u2022 Overseeing international marketing plan in accordance with product launches and ensure delivery on time.
\n\u2022 Update and maintain all product information files.
\n\u2022 Management and record of account information, margins and price lists.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 2+ years of work experience as account manager or similar position in B2B business in high growth business
\n\u2022 High level of English in both speaking and writing.
\n\u2022 Structured, organized, objective driven, fast learner and motivated by cosmetic industry.
\n\u2022 Data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
\n\u2022 Ability to build strong collaborative internal and external relationships.
\n\u2022 Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications \u2013 Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
\n\u2022 Experience working in an international company \u2013 advantage
\n\u2022 SAP knowledge \u2013 advantage<\/p>\n
