An event marketing services company is looking to hire a Corporate Speaker Recruiter. This well established firm produces high-profile business conferences, both live and virtual, across North America. The Corporate Speaker Recruiter will identify, engage, and place financial services and technology subject matter experts at major business conferences. This role works closely with operations, digital marketing, and CRM teams to ensure strong speaker lineups.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do:
\n\u2022 Source and recruit financial services and technology subject matter experts to speak at corporate events both live and virtual.
\n\u2022 Arrange and coordinate logistical details for the Speakers participation in the events. Maintain communications \/ support speakers and partners.
\n\u2022 Keep files, processes, and documentation organized.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:
\n\u2022 Excellent English communication skills (Hebrew not required)
\n\u2022 Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
\n\u2022 High level of technical proficiency
\n\u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment<\/p>\n
