We are looking for an outstanding Donor Relations Manager to join the Youth Futures team! Youth Futures is a subsidiary of The Jewish Agency for Israel, and this role involves managing work processes and ongoing activities to strengthen relationships with Jewish federations, foundations, organizations, and private donors. The manager will also be responsible for establishing direct contact with donors, preparing written materials, coordinating processes to develop connections with Jewish communities, organizing delegation visits, working with the mission team, and entering data into CRM systems<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree \u2013 required
\n\u2022 Native-level English (both written and spoken) and high-level Hebrew \u2013 required
\n\u2022 Experience in fundraising and managing donor relations \u2013 preferred
\n\u2022 Familiarity with the world of Jewish philanthropy \u2013 significant advantage
\n\u2022 Experience in managing tasks and activities in a matrix structure \u2013 preferred
\n\u2022 Creativity, high organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, and with excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Driver’s license \u2013 required<\/p>\n
