A leading and mission-driven organization is seeking an experienced Director of Resource Development to join its North American Jewish Communities Department in a key, high-impact role.<\/p>\n

Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Lead fundraising efforts with donors and Jewish communities across North America
\n– Develop and maintain relationships with individual donors, foundations, and partner organizations
\n– Build and implement strategic fundraising plans and targeted campaigns
\n– Work closely with internal and international stakeholders
\n– Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and donor reports
\n– Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and international events<\/p>\n

Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n

– Proven experience in fundraising \/ resource development – required
\n– Strong familiarity with North American Jewish communities – required
\n– Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written) – required
\n– Proficiency in Hebrew – required
\n– Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
\n– Initiative, creativity, and strategic thinking
\n– Willingness to travel internationally as needed<\/p>\n
