\nWork daily with children aged 15 months to 6 years
\nCreate a warm, safe, and inspiring environment for learning through play and discovery
\nPlan and lead creative activities, games, and educational projects
\nWork as part of a professional and supportive educational team
\nSupport children\u2019s emotional, social, and cognitive development
\nDocument children\u2019s development through portfolios
\nMaintain open and respectful communication with parents and collaborate around each child\u2019s development<\/p>\n
\nTraining in early childhood education \/ education \/ social work or a related field
\nA genuine love for children and the ability to build warm, personal connections
\nAbility to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere
\nProfessional curiosity and a desire to learn and grow
\nAbility to observe children and recognize developmental processes
\nStrong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues<\/p>\n
