As we prepare to open our new center at the Givat Ram campus in Jerusalem in September 2026, we are looking for a leading, entrepreneurial, and visionary kindergarten director. Someone who believes in high-quality early childhood education and wants to help us create a special place for children, staff, and families.<\/p>\n
This is not just a management role \u2013 it\u2019s a rare opportunity to establish an educational framework from scratch, shape its pedagogical culture, and lead a dedicated professional team.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong> ~50% hands-on work with children in the classroom What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong> <\/p>\n
\nLead the establishment of the kindergarten and its day-to-day operations
\nManage and support a high-quality educational team (up to approx. 10 staff members)
\nTake overall responsibility for the education and well-being of around 60 children across two age groups (15 months to 6 years)
\nEnsure high pedagogical standards in line with the Kindergan educational approach
\nBuild a warm, respectful educational community for children, parents, and staff
\nFoster open collaboration with parents and support children\u2019s development
\nThis role combines meaningful educational work with leadership:<\/p>\n
\n~50% dedicated management time for team leadership, pedagogical development, and running the kindergarten<\/p>\n
\nProfessional training in early childhood education
\nAt least 3 years of experience working in a kindergarten
\nManagement experience (director, deputy, or group leader) \u2013 an advantage
\nExperience and confidence in working with parents, with strong communication skills
\nAbility to lead and inspire a team
\nA values-driven, open, and creative educational approach
\nInterest in innovative pedagogy and professional growth
