We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Director of Operations to help lead and support the next stage of our growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a part time role that blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for translating vision into actionable plans, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and creating systems that allow our team and programs to thrive.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Strategic Planning & Execution
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Partner with leadership to develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Translate vision into clear operational roadmaps with measurable goals and timelines
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Track progress and ensure alignment across all initiatives<\/span><\/p>\n

Operations Management
\n\u2022\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Oversee day-to-day operations across programs, courses, and internal systems
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Build, refine, and maintain systems that improve efficiency and scalability
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Identify possible operational gaps and proactively create solutions<\/span><\/p>\n

Project Management
\n\u2022\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Create timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability across team members
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Maintain clarity and momentum across all ongoing initiatives<\/span><\/p>\n

Team Coordination & Communication
\n\u2022\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Serve as a central point of coordination across different team members and departments
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Facilitate clear, proactive communication to ensure alignment and flow
\n\u2022<\/span>\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Support team members in staying organized, focused, and on track<\/span><\/p>\n

Leadership Support
\n\u2022\u2060<\/span> \u2060<\/span>Act as a thought partner in organizational growth
