The Grant & Content Writer for Pitchon Lev\u2019s International Department will play a critical role in advancing our organizational mission. Responsibilities include organizational English language communications, crafting grant proposals, and creating reports on grant activities and outcomes. The role also involves research and writing content for the organization\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Develop, write, and submit grant proposals to international and local funders and Philanthropic sources in English.
\n\u2022 Create detailed and persuasive grant impact and activity reports for funders, based on knowledge and data received from Pitchon Lev’s professional staff.
\n\u2022 Research potential funding opportunities to stay up-to-date on grant cycles and deadlines.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the program and finance teams to gather necessary data and information for grant proposals and reports.
\n\u2022 Occasionally write and submit grant proposals in Hebrew.<\/p>\n
Content Development:
\n\u2022 Write and edit content for the organization\u2019s website, newsletters, and other communication materials in English.
\n\u2022 Ensure all content aligns with Pitchon Lev\u2019s mission, values, and strategic goals.
\n\u2022 Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations for international audiences.<\/p>\n
Research & Analysis:
\n\u2022 Conduct research to support grant applications, including data on poverty, education, and social welfare in Israel.
\n\u2022 Analyze the impact of funded projects and programs to ensure they meet the objectives set forth in grant agreements.<\/p>\n
Communication & Collaboration:
\n\u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for all English-language communications.
\n\u2022 Work closely with the international resource development team to align grant writing efforts with fundraising strategies.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with Pitchon Lev departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of information shared externally.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in English, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
\n\u2022 Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grant writing, content creation, or a related field, preferably within the non-profit sector.
\n\u2022 Language Skills: Native-level fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage
\n\u2022 Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content.
\n\u2022 Research Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities, with experience in gathering and synthesizing information from diverse sources.
\n\u2022 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and impactful manner.
\n\u2022 Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
