It is a hands-on content, storytelling, and growth<br \/>\nposition for someone who understands how to build a meaningful platform that blends<br \/>\nfaith, leadership, storytelling, and real-world impact.<\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with the CEO and internal teams to bring her voice to life across<br \/>\nplatforms\u2014while helping expand her brand into a deeply engaged community and long-<br \/>\nterm, sustainable platform.<\/p>\n<p>About the Brand<br \/>\nThis individual\u2019s platform sits at the intersection of faith, Israel, and human connection.<br \/>\nHer content reflects three core pillars:<br \/>\n\u2022 Spirituality and faith \u2014 grounded, personal, and deeply resonant<br \/>\n\u2022 Life in Israel \u2014 real-time, behind-the-scenes, and human<br \/>\n\u2022 Jewish family life \u2014 intimate, relatable, and values-driven<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, her platform serves as an extension of the organization \u2014 sharing impact,<br \/>\ntelling stories from the ground, and responding in real time during moments of crisis.<br \/>\nThis is a platform built not just on content, but on trust, meaning, and connection.<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For<\/p>\n<p>Content Creation, Production + Editing:<br \/>\n\u2022 Capture and produce short-form video and photo content<br \/>\n\u2022 Edit content using CapCut and native tools<br \/>\n\u2022 Create Reels, stories, and posts aligned with the CEO\u2019s voice<\/p>\n<p>Posting &amp; Daily Account Management:<br \/>\n\u2022 Publish content across Instagram and Facebook<br \/>\n\u2022 Write compelling, on-brand captions<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage daily story flow and engagement features<\/p>\n<p>Community Engagement:<br \/>\n\u2022 Respond to comments and DMs thoughtfully<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify audience trends and themes<\/p>\n<p>Strategy and Growth:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop content ideas and series<br \/>\n\u2022 Track performance and optimize<\/p>\n<p>Content Pipeline Management:<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain organized content library<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure consistent content flow<\/p>\n<p>Real-Time Content:<br \/>\n\u2022 Capture and respond to timely moments<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Monetization &amp;
