We\u2019re looking for a highly organized, native-level English speaking Junior Marketing Specialist who is a fast
\nlearner and eager to get involved in all aspects of marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing.<\/p>\n
Day-to-day, some of the things you\u2019ll be working on:
\n> Organizing field marketing efforts – from logistics to creative.
\n> Researching, planning and writing high-level content pieces that bring value to our audience
\n> Copywriting for new web pages, ads, brochures, pitch decks, presentations
\n> Designing in Canva for social media, presentations and marketing assets.
\n> Ideating and scripting videos; planning the shoots; editing videos in VideoLeap \/ similar
\n> Repurposing and distributing content across channels
\n> Researching suppliers, collecting quotations and recommending who to choose
\n> Enriching ABM account information with OSINT style research
\n> Supporting Sales with development of new assets and campaigns to nurture and convert existing
\nleads
\n> Creating weekly\/monthly reports on activities and metrics
\n> Coordinating various marketing suppliers
\n> Learning and expanding your skills, through podcasts, articles, books and other resources.<\/p>\n
**Skills We\u2019re Looking For – Must Haves** **Advantages**
\n– Extremely well organized. Can you manage your own time, ruthlessly prioritize and make sure no
\ndetail is overlooked?
\n– Communication, communication and communication. Can you get a message across clearly? Can
\nyou put yourself in the reader\/viewer\/listener\u2019s shoes? Can you organize your information to start
\nwith what the prospect cares about most? Can you excite with a good story?
\n– Native-level English & strong copywriting. You\u2019ll get lots of support and feedback, but you should
\nalready have a strong basis in creative English writing.
\n– Eye for design – this isn\u2019t a graphic design role, but you\u2019ll be spending a few hours a day in Canva. An
\nunderstanding of how to structure and present information neatly is important.
\n– Fast learning. You\u2019ve probably never heard of a WMS, 3PL or Freight Forwarder before. Can you learn
\nall about a new industry, fast, on your own? We also have lots of tech platforms – Notion, Canva,
\nHubSpot, Supabase, Microsoft, Calendly, LinkedIn, Monday.com<\/span> and more – you need to able to learn
\nthem fast.
\n– AI – you don\u2019t have to be an expert yet, but put time and effort into getting the most out of the
\nplatforms safely.
\n– Pride in your work. If you like to be proud of your work, we know you\u2019re not going to be publishing
\nanything substandard
\n– Conversational Hebrew.<\/p>\n
\n– Previous creative work or project management work. This doesn\u2019t have to be formal workplace
\nexperience, it could be IDF Service, National Service, volunteering, youth movements, student groups
\nor something else.
\n– Proficient Spanish
\n– Previous experience \/ projects with AI Coding, Web Design and\/or Database Management
