This Netzach Educational Network seeks an enthusiastic and creative Head of Global Resource Development to take overall responsibility for developing the organization\u2019s resources, most particularly expanding the donor-base so as to drive growth.<\/p>\n
As Head of Global Resource Development, You Get To:
\n\u2022 Have full responsibility for all resource development activities;
\n\u2022 Have full responsibility for creating and implementing an annual fundraising plan;
\n\u2022 Manage and lead the development team;
\n\u2022 Oversee the writing of all grant proposals (including budgets) and reports, ensuring they are well-written, accurate, impact-driven, and tell a compelling story;
\n\u2022 Oversee the drafting of all correspondence, LOIs, and other supporting documents adapting to the needs of each donor and prospect;
\n\u2022 Be responsible for expanding the current donor base both in Israel and abroad (foundations, private donors, the corporate sector and government sources);
\n\u2022 Develop opportunities for engaging new donors in the work of the organization;
\n\u2022 Oversee the preparation and lead all donor meetings;
\n\u2022 Oversee the tracking of grant cycles and donor engagement in an organized and streamlined manner, including all reporting requirements, check-in meetings, and donor cultivation activities.<\/p>\n
This Job Is For You If You:
\n\u2022 Have demonstrated success overseeing a Development Department in an Israeli nonprofit;
\n\u2022 Have demonstrated success writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications;
\n\u2022 Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
\n\u2022 Have faultless Hebrew and impeccable writing skills;
\n\u2022 Are familiar with data management;
\n\u2022 Have proven experience preparing detailed budgets on Excel spreadsheets;
\n\u2022 Can complete projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency;
\n\u2022 Are action-oriented and flexible, and are able to work independently as well as to collaborate with colleagues;
\n\u2022 Have a passion for our mission;
\n\u2022 Are personable, motivated, and a team player;
\n\u2022 Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner.<\/p>\n
