Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective donors in Israel and globally.
\n\u2022 Outreach: Identify and engage with new communities, foundations, and potential strategic partners.
\n\u2022 Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials for donors and draft high-quality grant proposals.
\n\u2022 Donor Relations: Support the organization of donor visits (both in Israel and abroad) and manage recognition activities.
\n\u2022 Operations & CRM: Track donations, commitments, and reports using CRM systems to ensure organized data management.
\n\u2022 Reporting: Assist in the preparation of detailed stewardship reports for our partners.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022 Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution required
\n\u2022 Languages: Native-level fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
\n\u2022 Experience: Significant experience in the world of philanthropy and working with international donors.
\n\u2022 Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills.
\n\u2022 Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in working with information systems\/CRM.
\n\u2022 Personal Attributes: Highly organized, responsible, and a true “people person” with excellent interpersonal skills.
