Nishmat, a Jerusalem-based pioneer of high-level Torah learning and leadership for women, seeks a dynamic, self-motivated, bilingual nonprofit professional to manage public relations and support fundraising initiatives. Position will create fundraising materials (proposals, reports, donor recognition and appreciation, direct e-mail solicitation campaigns), run VIP events, and supervise public relations. The position reports to the Director of the Development and Nishmat\u2019s Dean. Approximately 30 hours\/week, hybrid position. 4 days a week in office, 1 day from home.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– At least 2 years\u2019 experience in non-profit development\/PR, marketing or related fields
\n– Experience in event planning
\n– Ability to work under pressure
\n– Ability to provide strategies for enhanced donor relations and retention
\n– High-level organizational skills
\n– Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
\n– Fluent conversational Hebrew
\n– Experience crafting newsletters, especially with Mailchimp
\n– Proficiency in Canva
\n– Quick learner
\n– Flexible and a good team player
\n– Driven, creative, and independent<\/p>\n
