The counselor plays a central role in nurturing the whole child and in partnering with educators and families to create a safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environment.<\/p>\n<p>**Role Overview**<br \/>\nThe School Counselor works closely with students, teachers, leadership, and parents to support student well-being, emotional regulation, social skills, and learning readiness.
